Aerator- degasator is a unique device to speed up the processing of water. Aeration, degassing, mixer, increasing of water pH, increasing of redox capacity of water without the use of expensive, cumbersome and complex equipment
Water consumption: from 1.0 m3 / h to 1000 m.kub per hour
Aerator- degasator is a unique device to speed up the processing of water. Aeration, degassing, mixer, increasing of water pH, increasing of redox capacity of water without the use of expensive, cumbersome and complex equipment Carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide dissolved in normal water corrode equipment, pipelines and that lesda to substantial losses. Softening or stabilisation of water demands reagents to neutralize carbon dioxide, but also generates unpleasant odours.
It is known that water in a vacuum quickly "get rid" of dissolved gases. Of course there is nothing new in it, but so far vacuum is obtained with expensive vacuum pumps.
However, developers forced water to create a vacuum ...
The device is a series of ejecting chambers and nozzles. Water is speeded up under pressure of 3 - 4 atmosphere, while a deep vacuum is created in the chamber. Dissolved gases is being educed immediately. The flow of water sucks in the air surrounding the device, water drops divide up and instantly made gases - water “boils”, become white as milk and oxidation/degassing processes are accelerated in 1500 - 3000 times, gases are removed in a second
Technical data
Aerator- degasator is a unique device to speed up the processing of water. Aeration, degassing, mixer, increasing of water pH, increasing of redox capacity of water without the use of expensive, cumbersome and complex equipment Aerator- degasator 100 m3/day: Weight: 6 kg. Length: 700 mm. Diameter 50 mm.
Three mode of operation:
1. Aeration of water: maximum concentration of oxygen dissolved in the water.
2. Gas-freeing water: a significant decrease in capital costs for construction of water treatment plants and reducing the cost of water treatment.
3. Aeration - degassing: an instant increase in pH of the treated water, instant increase in redox capacity of treated water; reagents –free oxidation, artesian water cleaning of a large concentration of ions of iron, manganese, ammonia, etc.
• initial mixing water and coagulant with simultaneous degassing water; it is reducing concentrations coagulant or reagent to clean water, because of changes in pH and redox capacity of water.
Such devices were not not been made before.
Modifications of devices can be used in a variety of technological processes of waterc treatmant, for cleaning the river or waste water, iron, etc.
Sketch
We used these aerators- degasators in our water treatment plants in Australia, Canada, USA, Russia, New Zealand, Africa, Belarus, Ukraine for: • artesian water purification of iron, manganese, arsenic, ammonium; even high concentrations, in order to obtain drinking water quality at low capital and operating costs. • reagents –free increase of artesian water pH (pH of 5.4 to 6.8 pH - 8,0), for reagents–free water purification or modification of water physical and chemical properties
